Food Styling: Product Use

In my time with The Wasabi Company, we needed to find innovative ways to get British home cooks using exotic Japanese ingredients.

I was tasked with creating a series of recipes that highlighted the versatility and ease of using Japanese ingredients at home. Whether it was a Yuzu Drizzle Cake or Tonkatsu Grilled Cauliflower - with careful research and testing I was able to create some fresh recipes.

These were all photographed by the talented Lara Jane Thorpe.
